Deposits

For longer services (e.g. starter locs, colour), a deposit of roughly 10–20% may be requested to hold the slot. Exact amounts are confirmed before payment.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Move or cancel with enough notice and your deposit stays as credit toward a future visit. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit — you’ll see the exact window in your confirmation.

No-shows

If you don’t attend and don’t give notice, the slot can’t go to someone else — a no-show fee or forfeited deposit may apply.

Running late

Message ahead if you’re delayed. Beyond a short grace window, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to protect the next client.

Service completion & refunds

Confirm the hairstyle and finishing details with us before your appointment wraps up—we’ll pause so you can check in the mirrors and raise any tweaks while you’re here. Refunds aren’t issued for dislike of the result or change of mind after you leave, because we rely on honest feedback during the session.
